The past few days have been filled with great interviews that will soon be in publication.

I recently spoke with Rick Biagiola who was the drummer for The Outsiders during the 60s. Their signature hit was “Time Won’t Let Me”.

Levi Stubbs III shares a radio program on Sirius XM station, Smokey’s Soul Town. Levi’s father was Levi Stubbs who was the lead singer for Motown group, The Four Tops. Their hits included Baby I Need Your Loving, It’s The Same Old Song, Standing in the Shadows of Love, Can’t Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bunch) and Bernadette among many more. We had a great conversation about his childhood and the wonderful work he is doing now for youth in Detroit and surrounding areas.

Finally, my most recent interview was with Rick Nesta who played rhythm guitar for The Music Explosion during the 60s. Their hit was, Little Bit O’ Soul.

Both The Outsiders and The Music Explosion were from Ohio. The Outsiders were from the Cleveland area and The Music Explosion was from the Mansfield area.
