Steven Adler

This evening I interviewed Steven Adler, original drummer for Guns N’ Roses.  He is currently on tour with his band, Adler’s Appetite. His autobiography, My Appetite For Destruction is Steven’s journey through his life before, during and after his time with Guns N’ Roses.  It is an eye opening tale of struggle, sadness, growth and rebirth.  Steven is very honest and open when he says, “Throughout my wretched life, there isn’t a friend, family member or fantastic opportunity that I haven’t shoved in a blender and mutilated.”

I’m going to Geneva (Ohio, that is) next weekend to see Steven’s gig and meet up with him.  His appetite for destruction has been replaced with an appetite to heal through his music, family and friends.

Michael Allman

On Friday night, September 3rd, I am going to The Winchester (Lakewood, OH) to see Michael Allman and his band.  Michael is the eldest son of Southern Rock Legend, Gregg Allman.   I am excited to see this gig!  Wayne Mesker of Woodstock Entertainment is Michael’s manager and a friend of mine.   I will be interviewing Michael in the near future about his career, latest CD and life’s journey.  Stay tuned to this web site and my facebook page for updates.  Thank you!
